Marks and Spencer check shirt. thrifted
Brioni knit tie. thrifted
Levis "Gentleman Trousers" blackwatch trousers. thrifted
AE Dalton boots. ebay
Lookin' good! I was just trying on some odd jackets in order to see what to get rid of, so I feel you. At least I didn't have to put on a top coat!

According to the thread eddievddr10 posted, Frenchy was only banned through May of this year. Did he do something to extend the ban?

I gather it was because he went mouthing off again.

Gonna miss frenchy b/c he was so colorful & definitely added to the thread w/ his incredible finds, but one thing I've learned over the years is that if you get thrown out of a place, try not to draw attention to yourself if you sneak back in........

I am moving soon and need to clear my closets out so I don't have to move a bunch of items that don't fit me, but I couldn't resist picking these up. Both are available.

Paul Stuart spread collar, 16 1/2.

For some reason the previous owner used a mismatched button on the cuff despite having two available on the bottom of the button placket.

My first RLPL in the wild, Size 32. (excuse the iPhone pic)

Steve Kane - what color are those trousers? I can't quite tell if they're blue or gray (everybody knows by now that either my monitor or my eyes suck). If they're gray, I would like to talk about them.

... says the guy named for a really classy beer!
I agree though, if he'd laid low, I doubt that anyone would have noticed or cared. And we don't have free speech here, we were never told we would.

Holy crap Eazy and Jp, awesome stuff. I thought I had a good day today.

Some finds:

J Crew for me and a Burberry London French cuff 16

Ennesi Snake Tassel Loafers sz 12
They're missing one tassel, though. Should I just cut them off? I figured they would still be worth it because it's snake.

A few random meh finds. BB makers striped tie, nordstrom black knit tie and a green pair of Sambas for me

J Crew 100% Cashmere sport coat 46L from fall 08

700

Willis & Geiger Safari Jacket 46

700

The North Face vintage down vest L
If anyone could give me some info on this (especially if it's real/fake), I'd appreciate it. I only picked it up because I thought it was cool

700

And then a Singer model #237 sewing machine. It took a good bit of fiddling to get it working, but now it's doing great. I was going to try and sell it, but it's really cool. I may end up keeping it.

700

Also does anyone know anything about amps? I saw a Ross Bigmouth B5100 Bass amp. Thought it might work for that synthesizer I picked up, but I don't know much about amps.

A few things today

First I crossed of a few things off my list. Found a yogurt maker, exact brand I was looking for (Yogourmet) for my wifes friend. ($4.99) We have one already, it retails around $100.
Also pickes up some patent leather tux shoes for my best friends wedding in about a month. Saving me $30 off the rental cost.
Then I found a second pair of patent leather tux shoes. The groom is the same size as me so it will save him $30 too.

Here is the rest.

Sweet No Name Checket Tweed, Ticket pocket, double vented. 38R

AE Grayson Calfskin loafers 11 EEE

Made in Denmark Super Thick Harris Tweed 40S-40R

J Press Pressidential Navy Pinstripe Suit 40S 36/28

Sweet Vintage Tail Tuxedo Jacket with working surgeon cuffs, check the date on the tag in the last pic.
Not sure how to measure it, but I think it's about a 40R

Wow - nice score on this and the W&G safari jacket. PM sent on the vest! Been looking for a nice vintage blue down vest for quite a while. Most that I find are M or S and they ran smaller back then. It's real. The brown label dates from the 70's to around 1983-84-ish IIRC.

North Face is real, and awesome!!!!! I found that vest last fall, and I'm still kicking myself for not grabbing it.
