I love my Spiewak. It's my main winter coat. If it fits, get it.

The Barney's thing is pretty vague. It's on par with me saying, "I'm looking at a pizza right now. Is it going to be delicious?" Chances are, it's going to be pretty good. I mean, it's pizza. But some pizzas are shitty. Nawhutimean?

Spivak is huge. Xxl if anyone wants it. Price is great. And it's a toggle coat with a zipper. Made in China though. Shell is bird's eye wool in black. 30% viscose.

I know about the barneys.Probably a house brand tbh. I can't attach pics on phone for some stupid reason.

Also found a made in England hammersley. Passing on all 3.

Found an HF in my size though. Well a little big, but price is right.

TLDR:

Bought a baller HF coat. Will be perfect for when I'm wearing another layer underneath. Or it'll be traded on here. Size 40.

I have thrifted these two cameras this week... A PowerShot SX10 IS (10MP) and a PowerShot SD750 (7.1MP). Both seem fully functional. The 750 cames with an extra battery and charger and other accessories. 10 runs on AA batteries.

I've got a belted cardigan that will kick any non belted cardigans ass.

I made it out once this week, so a few finds...

First one wasn't really thrifted. I got it in the mail today from Japan. My neighbors sign for all of my packages that arrive while I'm at work (99% of them), and I think they must wonder what in the hell I do with my life. Today, I had a box from the US, an envelope from Japan, and a small package from Italy. All are vague on their addresses/contents. Anyway, I was going to re-release this pocket square, but I'm not sure I am able. It may end up in my collection.

Saw this really cool old stationary. Complete set and I brought it up with the book (next photos), and they said that I could just have it. Even better.

Student day, so $16 for everything (plus a unpictured J.crew Baird Mcnulty linen shirt)

Pretty excited, shirts are my size, though the dark blue and yellow one is heading to ebay.
Jacket seems to be recent and is just spectacular, amazing shoulders, super soft and light.
Unfortunately 2-4 sizes too big for me (52it=42 US, right?).
Also found a nice--though orange-- Hermes tie the day before
.

Very nice.

I had an unplanned day of purchases today. I went to meet another SFer to pick up a St. Andrews Navy Blazer and picked up this SC:

It's a Chester Berrie. I paid $4.50 for it. It is near perfect condition. Also is very close to fitting. The shoulders and sleeves are good. I think it's a bit too long though.

Got my mannequin in today so I'm busy trying to figure out how to set it up properly. Here's some test pictures of one of the Zegna's I picked up yesterday. Need to get a backdrop.

That is either the "Steve Irwin Crocodile Hunter" or "Rainforest Cafe maître d'" model...

Sorry recently watched an episode of Rules of Engagement where the handsome but stupid guy gets harassed mercilessly for wearing a shirt like that.

P.S. is the spell check on this forum based on my local dictionary or the SF one?
