Nice!! That Schott is likely 80's or 90's based on that "Made in USA" label. Speaking of Schott Perfecto's, my biggest regret was selling a vintage early 70's one that fit me like a glove for $150 on the bay. Was in dire straights and needed money. If only I could turn back time....

Yes! That is the good stuff. Vintage Penfield down. Rip stop shell too! Nice! icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif That shell is 100% rip stop nylon. Are you sure it doesn't say wash with tennis balls? I guess shoes could work too. Tennis balls (or shoes) keep the down from clumping while being washed and dried.

Sadly I've never heard of Smith's before, but vintage sanforized union made denim is always a pick-up.

I'm also very jealous of that feast. drool.gif

Wrong brand, but still cool! Paradise Found is the red parrot shirt you're looking for...

Just browsed the Barneys Warehouse sales...extra 30% off menswear & shoes but slim pickings among the brands I narrowed it down to.

Good deal on Piattelli shirts if that's your thing - already marked 75% off from $159 to $39, plus that extra 30% off = $27.30 per.

Barneys house brand leather luggage tags are $9 (down from $30) plus another 50% off on top of that = $4.50; nice stocking stuffers.

Some ladies Valextra bags already 50% off, plus another 50% off = a nice bag for your broad at a reasonable price (compared to full price, that is - still pretty spendy).

Free shipping minimum is $150.

Mleh - nothing really grabbed me tho...

^^^^^ I know, I was eBay stalking them this summer, after watching the first 4 seasons of Magnum PI on netfilx. This is literally the first small Hawaiian shirt I've ever seen, every other one has been a XL-XXL. It was close enough to the original, plus 100% cotton and made in Hawaii (most other ones I've come across were rayon and made in Vietnam or Taiwan).

Aah. Haha. I've likely seen this before and just not paid attention to it. I'm sure the tennis shoe serves the same purpose as tennis balls would, to help eliminate down clumping and increase loft while in the drier.

A few interesting things today.

"Vintage" REI Fleece

EZ Tie

Sharks home alternate jersey with sewn on numbers/name

But not a current player. Still sweet!

Interesting vintage down. @Nataku

And my favorite. Not from a thrift (a friend gave it me on consignment). It's actually from the Motorola cycling team circa 1996 when the team changed names.

Went out to Minnesota today.  (Stealin your thrifts Twin Cities crew)

Picked up a couple nice pair of pants.  Zanella Bennetts and some Hugo Boss ones.

And the piece that will find that will make DM7 recent haul seem like nothing...

Que imperial march.

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

2 feet tall, sitting in the toy department.  How could I not cop it?
