Fabric "grain" is running the wrong direction. The print is hella sloppy. I've seen 1st grade art projects with cleaner lines.

I know I've seen them around here, but what's the brand with the label that is 'sssssssss'? What's the brand name and quality? Found a navy blazer and was curious.

Also found a YSL tie and had it in my hand but it was so ugly I couldn't justify the three bucks for it. ahhaah.

Thanks!

I see it now. I just found and read a guide for spotting fakes. Thanks! Guess that will be going back for store credit. At least my other finds from that store today were legit if not brag worthy here!

I didn't look at it that closely but is it because the twill is running the wrong direction?

Meh, was halfway through uploading everything so what the hey.

Today. Some dude's entire vintage tie collection:

JPress x5 - centre one is an Irish Poplin, 2nd from right ancient madder, on the right is a grenadine, my first, with a smudge of course

JPress x4

Ancient Madder x5 (mostly Liberty of London)

The oldest Charvets I've ever seen.

RLBL Cashmere for the wife for the mere price of a Big Mac (meal)

Fair Isle for me

Hackett Hacking Jacket size 46L

Hit up the JPress Sample Sale, very happy with how I made out.

Two tweed caps - retail for $110 each, I paid $10 each.
100% wool.
Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

Brim is all suede, top 100% wool.

Tweed bowtie. I don't even wear bowties but I couldn't resist.

Two sweaters - one is a mainline Harley of Scotland so it looks like Harley is the maker of Shaggy Dogs for JPress. And another that I'm not sure I'm going to keep.

OMG OMG! WANT WANT WANT!!!

I can't even begin to tell you how lucky you are. I came across about (no joke) 50 pairs of double pleated Zanellas priced at $24.99 at the local Goodwill today. It's Minnesota! We're so cheap that both Saks and Neiman Marcus left us, yet our thrift prices rival those I see in SoCal baldy[1].gif
