also this is the wierdest thing that has happened to me thrifting I found a five dollar bill in this wierd third pocket it had

okay now to what is possibly my greatest thrift find ever if someone can verify if it is real, I got it for 5 dollars!

I will post more pics if you want me to show you something specific to help me figure out if it is genuine

On the watch, the only way to find out for sure is to walk into or call Cartier and let them run the number. Takes less than one minute.

Oh yea, I "thrifted" a dollar from the floor of the liquor store by my house after work. :bigstar:

Probably old though. Fused too. You might get 35 cents on Ebay but it will depend on the lighting of the pic.

You're crazy for blowing up your spot like that though.

I know nothing about watches, but I do know a thing or two about fonts. The text "PLAQUE OR G20M" is set in Arial, which is a crappy Helvetica replacement supplied with Microsoft software (the capital R is a dead giveaway). It is never, ever used on an authentic luxury product such as a Cartier watch.

Depends if it fits me.
What kind of bug is this? Just found it on the woolrich shirt. I don't want flees

Seems like either a flea or a bedbug. I don't know for sure, but I wouldn't take chances. I'd put it in a tied plastic bag, keep it OUT of the house and have it dry cleaned immediately. Then I'd put it in a sealed plastic bag AGAIN and keep it out of the house for 6 months. Yes, that long. They apparently can't live indefinitely without food, but an awfully long time.

Not a flea based on the pictures. We have cats/dogs, and there was a bad outbreak last year and he ones we had were almost black. Had to bomb several rooms of the house.

We've been good this year knock on wood.

Pnutpug had a good idea of putting questionable items in a bag and throwing it in the freezer for a couple of days.

Was it alive/moving when you took the picture? A flea wouldn't probably wait for you to snap a picture. They're usually quick and will jump. If it is in fact a flea, humans are terrible hosts and they probably won't take well to you/your house unless you have a pet.

I don't know about bed bugs honestly, but it doesn't look too similar to anything google images pulled up for me.

Sorry for the double post, and this might be the wrong place to ask this, but does anybody have an extra pair of loafers that are in a 10-10.5 narrow. I've been wanting to rock a pair all summer, and I had a couple in a C width, but I was always faced with severe heel slippage. Thanks in advance!

Eazy, sorry to hear about your accident, man. I found these 10 B shell tassels recently. Yours if you want them. Let me know.

PS: For heel slippage, try using some of these non-slip heel pads.
