Nothing inside except made in china and a satiny gaberdine lining.

It's about the same weight of a similarly sized dooney bag my wife has. the clasp is heavy metal.

I'm still going with fake, unless I find a similar bag online that is marked the same.

According to the research I have done in the past, if there is no Burberry tag inside its definitely a fake. These companies know that there are tons of fakes and they do everything they can to make it really hard to fake. Also,  I cant say for sure but from the picture you posted it looks a bit like the tag is a drop crooked. Also sign of fake.

Gotta be a reprint... Too clean/cheap frame/seems way too vibrant. Stoked regardless, framed and ready to go for $8.

EDIT- Adding the obligatory FU DM7.

Ok guys. It would be hard to find someone with less background on authenticating brands, so I'm coming to you with this Burberry purse my daughter picked up.

I looked at it and saw it was made in China, and I assumed fake. Then I see online that since early 2007, most of their mainline hand bags were outsourced to china for production.

Thought I'd try to get a read from you on it.

What say ye?

one of those bags you get as a gift when buying perfume/cologne, / real.(ish)

Re: Burberry bags.

I want to amplify what was said earlier that these luxury bags really have a lot of attention to detail and heavy hardware. I stopped by to look at the Burberry bags at Holt Renfrew (a Canadian national luxury department store) and the quality definitely just jumps out at you. It's a good exercise if you're a thrifter.
