I'm not going to blow up any spots here, but there are places in Chicago where most SC's are under $3. Granted, when they think they have something good, it goes to the "good" rack, i.e, Chaps, Lauren Ralph Lauren, NWT Merona, and is priced accordingly, around $19.00. The Zegna was priced $1.90 straight from the back, no mark downs. nod[1].gif

:worship2:  You know...we had a Levis factory in Sedalia for about 100 years, my guess would be that if I study up on my Levis, I could probably find some really great vintage jeans.

I just picked up a pair of cordovan Allen Edmonds "Chester" wingtips for $10 at Housing Works in New York City.  I wear a size 14D, so its difficult to find nice second-hand shoes or even sale/clearance shoes in that size, so I was particularly happy to find these.

I've just photo'd 7 tweeds for ebay tomorrow night.

3 are HF.

None as nice as that first one. Love the Beaver collar.

One of my tweeds is a middishade harris tweed. I know they were a philadelphia area manufacturer, but don't know their rep at all. Decent?

Around here I think the only place I have seen where SCs are less than $5 is at SA.

Only a few things recently. n/a unless indicated otherwise.

Lands End Shetland Wool made in UK. Think these were mentioned  on here a week ago.

Here are some interesting links about Levis if you want to learn what to look for. Nice reading.
