One of the best things about this thread is the constant flow of knowledge from people like nataku who are willing to educate the less knowledgeable. To guys like him, who know a ton and are happy to share with people (like myself) who don't know much: icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gificon_gu_b_slayer[1].gificon_gu_b_slayer[1].gifcheers.gif

Im pretty sure most RRL jeans have designs like that on the pockets as well as ridiculous vanity sizing. I once found a pair of size 28 RRLs that I was able to fit into and I wear a 32 in every other brand. I couldnt stand the super low rise on them though.

Easiest way to tell if jeans are mens or womens is the side they button on though.

That is an incredible find. Seriously. Wow. That leather looks to be in fantastic condition as well. The leather with felt backed straps and lack of nylon and plastic hardware makes this a fairly early piece. I'd say mid to late 60's. This is a true grail. icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

lol. Love the plastic chainzzz, rental Lambo and inability to deliver the rapture. real hip-hop makes you feel something.  joy, loss, love, regrets.....makes you unwind, or get motivated.   real hip-hop has moved house.

some friends showed me this. and it proves hip-hop lives. - in japan.

I won't post any pictures, as my wife and I are out of town for the weekend, but I've had a good couple of days...

Picked up something with a Loro Piana and Hickey Freeman tag, a Hickey Freeman suit that might work for me, a Mountain Hardwear windstopper fleece piece, two pairs of Keen hiking boots, Merrell Barefoot shoes, Vibram Fivefingers... And more.

You know, we've all been there and some of us even had been "that guy" but after awhile we all "got the hang of it". I know you didn't ask us for thrift thread etiquette but keep in mind, folks are way less likely to interact positively with you if you keep this up. Take a break, download an Ebay app for your phone and do some research on this very own thread to determine what's good to pick up and to pass up. Do your homework before asking questions, that's all what we've been trying to tell you. This should save you some headache. Don't get discouraged.

not an easy flip, as collective knowledge is limited, and buyers few. some other members here might want them in a trade.

Bro, take a thrift pic of yours. The owner is based out of HK.

I haven't commented on this forum for a while, but that video has caused me to put finger to pen.

I've heard some rubbish, masquerading as hip hop/ rate, but now I know realise that "music" has reached new lows.

I am disturbed by it. However, I propose that this type of nursery rhyme shit, "performed" by people who should be at nursery (kindergarten), should not be called hip hop/rap. It needs to be redefined and disassociate itself from the music of the 80's through to the early 00's.

I hardly listen to music, nowadays, so this reclassification may have happened. But if not, it needs to be done and quickly.

One of the "guest" in that video, produced the Notorious BIG. Now they put their "Name" to this crap. It is all about money for these people. Their souls are lost.

Anyway, back to thrifting.

Clint
