SWEET CHRISTMAS!

My sleuthing has uncovered a titillating treasure trove of early Luke Cage adventures -- both as Power Man and Heroes for Hire -- featuring funky headbands, a canary yellow jumpsuit, and 30% more racism!

These CRAZY ADVENTURES are possibly ON SALE for as low as zero dollars!

PM if interested. Good while supplies last.

Luke Cage is the man. Still pissed he wasn't in the premiere episode of Agents of Shield last night.

Yeah, as far as I know, the show won't feature any familiar superheroes. I am, however, privately stoked about Maria Hill -- in retrospect, she took quite a lot of shit for just trying to do her job. laugh.gif

Yeah, I thrifted one of their windproof wool sweaters (the ones that retail for north of $450) early last year. It was far, far too warm for the climate in Northern California. Hell, I can't event wear windproof fleece around here without overheating, let alone thick windproof wool!

Well, here it is...

It wasn't $40, but there's still room for a decent ROI, I think. Unless, of course, I keep it.

I thought it was a solid beginning. Dialogue was good, and they took several steps to set up for the rest of the season. Very Whedon-esque. It was also cool seeing multiple Whedon alums (Ron Glass and J August Richards). Looking forward to cameos by River Glau and the rest.

A good umbrella should be able to double as a cane happy.gif Really though, if I happen to find one, I'll certainly let you know. I've come across a few in the past, though nothing terribly nice nor interesting. I check them all of the time as I love interesting cane heads, especially animals. I see a fair number of walking sticks, but I'll take a look around and see if something pops up!

I really wish we could come up with a better abbreviation for Turnbull and Asser. Whenever you guys say T&A something else springs to mind from my younger days. How about Turnies?

It doesn't help that the second name has "ass" in it as well
