Yeah, I know some tags but that's def a new one to add to the repertoire. Ah well, I felt it, knew it felt nice, but assumed it was some store brand Made in Italy (Saks, Barneys, Bergdorf's, whatever).

G, It is your size, too. But no soup for you until you find a pair of shells my size biggrin.gif

To all, I just blackmailed Stax to join the scavenger hunt. Forgot to count his Spooness himself and Orgetorix (which I begged). We are now 23. Still less people then joined post. So I need more competitors -for charity, mates, c'mon- . if only you can go once and post one item to the hunt, do please join. You know, some of you do owe me favors!!!

Hello, I've been a lurker for a while and I thought it was time to actually contribute something. I live in Vermont, so my standards are likely significantly lower, but I found a decent stash of old jackets recently, including...

And another...

They're probably pretty dated, but I was fairly excited about them! Excuse the bad pictures, working on a better set up. The first jacket is really strange, like some western-Norfolk hybrid. Both are my size :inlove:

It's been very slow in terms of clothing lately, and I've sort of had a wardrobe crisis. I really don't like any of my jackets (quite a bit unvented, strange button stances and strange fits) and really need to start finding some good stuff soon. I think I might have to go to b&s and try to find a few staple items that I can start building upon.

I have however had quite a bit of luck thrifting other stuff. Found two vintage Electrolux Assistents for like $20 each. Looking at making at least a hundred each on those. Oh, and this:

JVC QL-7 direct drive turntable. Bought it for $80, it's already at $450 with three days to go. icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

Hi, dad's imaginary internet friends.

Thanks for rooting for me during my surgery yesterday. I'm feeling no pain today. Docs got me on the best meds, plus I broke into dad's Jack Daniels stash. Shhh don't tell.

Mia

P.S. If you think I look bad, you should see the mailman. I told that bitch to stop being so rough with dad's boxes.:box:

Looks like a sweet pup - good news with that update! However, the boxes I get from UPS are always way more beat up than USPS. Consistently and without fail. But I doubt my semi-feral cat will confront the UPS guy...
