As I have proven time and again I am clueless when it comes to SW&D so this is no trolling but I thought I'd seen this label posted before. Looks selvedge and mint. Did I do good?

You done good.

^^

Very good. They aren't a 100% sure thing for eBay but they're good jeans.

Seattle guys: Macklemore (this isn't a joke) just said on Facebook that he donated a bunch of his clothes from his last few tours and a lot of his merch to Goodwill and Value Village. I wonder if you could prove something was his. Might be worth looking out for.

Lots o' madras

BB XL, BB L, J. Crew (keeping the J. Crew)

old Rugger, PRL

Zegna, BB, J. Press made in Ireland pheasants (& a teeny spot), Beaufort I just liked.

Pretty cool Rubbermaid over the door closet organizer thingy with swing down rack. I like the metal basket on top.

Orvis houndstooth w/ suede accents, Filson feather cloth (n/a)

First RLPL and it's a beauty. Missing top button and bottom one has been replaced. Going to try this on a few more times to convince myself I don't need more shirts decisions.gif

Availability pending.

Hi, big lurker here with a couple questions if anyone wants to help me out. Love this forum btw.

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

Is this a blazer or an orphan? Was $8 so you won't hurt my feelings. Was almost sure it was a blazer when I got it, now pretty sure it's an orphan. Also an akward size, made for a Tod Ruppert. Oh well probably a mistake to try and flip.

.

Also this Robert Graham shirt I got for $4 but has some problems. A dry cleaning tag thats permanently glued on and a small stain seen in the pics.

Thick Buttons

Seriously Tom's Cleaners?

Smaill Stains on the cuff.

Although the real KO (if this isn't him) has two "n's".

Thrift fit from this weekend:

AppleMark

Jacket: Polo by Corneliani (Ebay)

Shirt: Ralph Lauren Purple Label (SF Secret Santa - thanks, nell!)

Tie: Ralph Lauren Purple Label (thrift)

Square: Polo (thrift)

For what it's worth, I don't think it is an orphan, and even if it is, it should be no problem to rock with black white or grey pants.

Also, to the guy who posted that originally (sorry, meant to post the other day but forgot) - that's a pretty cool item. I found one with sleeve buttons like that a while ago, nice detail. Too bad one of the peak lapels looks like it might be a bit trashed. By the way, the sleeves are very likely supposed to be that long... it's a style (and one that I, as a size 40 with really long arms, wholeheartedly approve of).

Oh man, you almost want to feel bad for the seller, until you think how easily that careless mistake could have been avoided.

Good to know! I'll check it out and report back if I find anything!

Regarding Macklemore, I was at the Video shoot last week! Was fun, lots of people.

Things that I passed up today that everyone will probably mock me for not kopping...

Bullock & Jones woven cotton belt in size 38. Not new. No tags. The leather and the buckle were minty but there was a slight tinge where the cotton weaving met the leather. Looks like the white one in this catalog photo.

A NWT, yes new WITH tag in XL. This exact Brooks Brothers Supima Cotton crew sweater. Someone on ebay is asking $40ish.

Nordstrom cotton PJs in medium. Ida kopped despite being a bit too big but $14.99? No way. Just like these.

Something from Ted Baker that was too big for me. I can't even recall what it was. shog[1].gif

I DID pick up a $3 light blue, small, Lands End sweatshirt with some sort of cool birdseye weave for me to wear when I getz teh chilly.
