Fortunately I already scoped out his inventory last week, so I hope to shop first, enjoy a drink....and leave before my purchasing judgement is impaired.  Hoping to keep it under $1K.

Just wanted to give a shout out to SILVERWEARBANDIT for a quick, gnarly and painless trade. thumbs-up.gif

This might be the best thread on the entire forum.

My sweet deal from the trade biggrin.gif (leftofthedial's photos)

Does anybody recognize the maker tag? I looked in HOF and this doesn't seem to match St Andrews, Attolini or Satoria Partenopea.

... sorry for the shaky photos, apparently a pot of coffee is too much coffee.

I would assume that Grilux SpA is your answer there.

Hmm, I googled Grilux SpA; I came up with a styleforum thread trying to figure out who makes LBCS.

Get a plain white sheet (of reasonable count and thickness) or a throw to use as a barrier between the items and the surface underneath.  Can drape on top of bed (on top of covers, I would hope), floor, table, etc.  Also, buy a small reflector to increase the effectiveness of window light, or use one of those car windshield reflectors which are cheaper and work as well.

I see some people use kitchen tables but the lighting is poor there and I'd feel kind of like a dick for comandeering the kitchen (which is basically part of the living room in manhattan) for pictures of clothes. I want to post though -_- so badly that I'm thinking I may just have to do that. Don't really wanna use my bed or the floor, but if I have to I just may.

Last minute thrift stop before I head off to Vegas for a couple days!

Couple recent custom D/B suits that fit me like a glove. Made by a local high-end clothier who used to be a member on here.
