I can attest to that, I have a super awesome TJ on the bay right now, wouldn't even bother listing it if it fit me, don't expect it to go anywhere any time soon.  Really too bad, it's sweet.

I think TJ is good if you want it for yourself

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

not good for bay if im correct

Like everything (usually), it really depends, but you're looking for "Royal Classic and Holland & Sherry Fabric" at the very minimum if you are trying to flip

You will be happier if you just stop by the APC store in NY next time you are in town and pick up a pair of New Standards in your size.  Thank me later.

Edwin has been all over the place over the years (they're hella old) from what I've heard. I think a lot of production is now done in China to lesser standards, so good deal they're MIJ.

Still going with my western theme.

Old Trail Saddle, looks like I will be using the last of my saddle soap this weekend.

You can be like some of the sellers I have seen and put Tom James for Oxxford!!! I bought one of these blazers when I first started out and when I received it I asked the seller where is the Oxxford cloth tag, this seems to be regular wool? He said Tom James is a designer for Oxxford so all of the clothes labeled Tom James are by Oxxford... Needless to say we went around, I asked him if he had google and could he send me a picture of this famous Tom James fellow. In the end I stopped arguing and eBay made him refund my purchase price + shipping. The coat was quite nice, but I bid assuming it was the higher end Tom James which actually does use Oxxford cloth.

I wish, it was a Royal Classic which is a nice coat but far from Oxxford quality. I would have been perfectly happy to own the coat if I would have won it without a Oxxford premium. It was pretty nice, working cuffs and it fit well. If he hadn't labeled it as Oxxford I may have bid on it anyway since I just wanted a new Navy Blazer.

The one I have was custom made.  Would you think there's a quality level difference between these and the ones with the Oxxford label?  I own 3 Oxxford suits and while the fabric feels nicer on the Oxxford suits, the hand work is at least as good. TJ Auction

I too am trying to figure out "jean thing". I usually stick to Levis but I would like to have a nice casual pair that fits just right. I might have to try the APC sometime. Should I try on the 'Bay or do their sizing run big or small?

That's all folks.  This is an amalgamation of the last couple weeks, so it's not like it was all today.

Just some of the shoes and the Etros and the Burberry and the RG were today.

I would have only picked the two shirts. Maybe the RL jacket if had side vents. The rest are a waste of time... unless you have a big closet .

Please use next time
