If I thought that it was illegal I would keep far, far away from it.

Not really flipping prices but a pretty good deal for yourself.

Hmm. Didn't work for me, so I bailed. Too bad the awesome RLPL styles they have are not my size. But there are a couple of Santonis that are nice.

Edit: Check that: You need to log in or create an account, and then it applies to the Luxe810 items only. Still, some decent deals, as Sacre says.

Bentley (Supersports, I believe?)

Maserati parked in front of my Goodwill today - didn't snap a pic - but a Bentley beats a Maserati any day, to go thrifting in!

Nothing much to my tastes. About 80% of the menswear is Paul Smith, which isn't my cup of tea and didn't seem all that flippable. One Versace Collection suit, one Belvest suit, a couple leather jackets by D&G and Prada, all 80%ish off retail but still too expensive for me to pick up or try to flip. I was most tempted by a Gant Rugger parka and BBBF polos, but I don't need any more clothes that badly.

Two atypical (for me) finds today.
Paul Smith western-style shirt, made in Italy ('cause all the best cowboys are named Luigi) and a Troglodyte Homunculus shirt, also made in Italy - my first time in the CDG zone.

Barneys Warehouse added an additional 30% off for the July 4th weekend, to select categories.  Browsing, I see that it's mostly on outerwear / winter wear, some jeans / pants.  But I've seen discounts as high as 87%, more like 82% +/- on brands like Duvetica, Spiewak, Rag & Bone outerwear / blazers, Schott Perfecto, everything Paul Smith, the "good" Lanvin outerwear...and so on.

Arguably there's really no substantive difference between this and returning a gift: person a buys, tie comes into lawful possession by person b, is returned in original condition so store can resell. Only difference here is that jabba had to pay for the "gift".
i feel like we had this slap fest before anyway.

I was slapped around pretty good about a year ago when I inquired about this same thing - had a thrifted item with the return tag still on - got a lot of guff for even suggesting returning it.  I ended up selling it on eBay, made a profit and felt like I was right with God & country with a clear conscience.

I'm already bored with the fetishization of all things selvedge, but this? Really? Sewn-on faux selvedge on non-selvedge jeans?facepalm.gif

I guess it was bound to happen.
Someone please tell me that Superdry is not actually a super-in-demand SWD item!
