It was Kiton. The president of the company said he wants vintage Kiton and he's willing to pay top $ for it.

Curious to see how much this will go for on eBay. It's got 9 days left and already has a bid at 9.99!

They don't look like any Brionis I've seen, but I only own a couple, and none of them are of the gold chain variety.  All of mine have a serial number under the fold in the front, and the fabric content listed under the fold in the back.

I've also never seen any obviously fake Brioni ties, whether on ebay or in a thrift, so it's possible that they're just older (though not the oldest--I've seen some really old Brioni ties where everything looks very different).

The brioni's don't have a serial number under the fold. Upon examination I found this:

AppleMark

Which has me thinking fake. Any ideas?

Yeah, I'm leaning towards fake. Thankfully they were only $2 each. I'm thinking I may sacrifice one of them for a burn test.

He said he'd trade an old suit (from 30 years prior to the interview date, for a new one:

Forgot to include these in my earlier post. I came across a few old Florsheim ads in some Life magazines from the late 30's and thought some may be interested in seeing them.

Some assistance from the musically inclined folks if you will... found this today, they wanted an exorbitant sum for it (though I have no idea what its worth), is it anything? Mother of pearl keys, comes in the original velvet lined trunk, looks 50s to me, but anyone know anything about it?
