Had some decent finds this week. Not pictured are two staple flannel suits by Adrian Jules. Bigger sizes, probably around a 48. Navy and charcoal gray 3 roll 2. Available but won't be able to get pics till tomorrow.

Super lightly worn AE Dornochs

Couple pair of flat front Oxxford trousers. Size 42

Black -

Charcoal Twill -

Recent Samuelsohn gray flannels. 33

Trafalgar silk braces

And my neighbor gave me these Advent Prodigy II tower speakers. Cabinets and cones/surrounds are in excellent shape.

Spoo, make sure you put your Ferrari story on your college admissions essay. It'll drive the bitches in the admissions office crazy. Let ur nuts hang.

[quote name="SpooPoker" url="/t/9006/the-official-thrift-discount-store-bragging-thread/70875#post_6353648"and damn 13 AAA(A) - you missed one smile.gif[/quote]

They're actually AA. The AAAA would be the heel width the way Alden lists its combination last widths.

Found a few nice things today.

A Burberry mac/trench (no pic)

Found my first Isaia. It's Isaia Napoli, some sort of cashmere blend - it's super soft. Whoever donated it cut out the size/content tag. I haven't even measured it so I'm not sure what size it is.

A really nice Ferragamo tie. At first I thought it was candy canes and Christmas ribbons but it turns out to be golf clubs. Perfect for summer.

Finally got the tux back from the tailor! (I am tired from a long day of driving along the coast and eating clam chowder at the ritz Carlton smile.gif so I will post better pictures later)

Deets... Tuxedo vintage, one button navy blue shawl collar flat front ventless fabric covered buttons ropes shoulders fully canvassed cool lining lapel hole thrifted for 10.99
Shirt online mtm 80
Bowtie gift (self tie)
Shoes stolen from my dad
Cufflinks an extra from Wes smile.gif
Watch passed down from dad
Braces no name vintage from eBay with gold hardware a cool almost grenadine like weave and black croc stamped calf leather 20
Tailoring was around 100
So for a little over 200 I spent about as much as I would to rent a tux and all the accessories except they fit and I get to keep them smile.gif ball is a week from today and I am excited as hell!!
(Also sorry for my rumpled appearance the suit needs to be pressed the shirt dry cleaned and the shoes shinned)
Oh and congrats spoo! I passed the Ferrari merchandise store in sf today and thought of you

Today in between measuring and photographing I poked my head out the backdoor found this rattler in the backyard. Pretty scary considering that most of the neighbors have pets/kids. I didn't want to risk it with the shovel so I shot it with a 12 gauge when it was coiled up to strike. We're technically in city limits (oops) but I wasn't having this thing bite someone and wasn't going to risk a trip to the ER by using the shovel. The neighbors said they didn't hear the shot, must be the concrete block.

Save the skin and have it made into a card case.
