Troglodyte Homunculus - anyone heard of them? Think its an obscure swd brand no longer in production? Very cool, keeping this.
Sweet. I find two pairs of forgotten Nantucket reds, and The Onion posts this: http://www.theonion.com/articles/man-purchasing-pair-of-red-pants-better-be-ready-t,32136/
Holy shit that's spot on. Which is, of course what makes it so funny.
I gave up on trying to list the rest tonight. We went over to a friend's house for dinner and after a couple of drinks I'm too tired. I use a binder, pictured below, to record the measurements and price. When I buy the item I'll write it down in the binder with the price, then come back to it when I measure it. Not sure how you guys do it, but having the binder seems to save me some time. Once it gets too thick I'll transfer the old pages into a larger binder for storage. I used to record my prices in excel, but that became far too much work and with the Outright program eBay offers, I no longer need my spreadsheet. The biggest time saver is using Garage Sale to list the items.

Oh, and of course Eddie's haul is mind blowing. I would defecate if I saw some of that in a thrift store.
Wow! very nice. I see all the areas for measurements and details, what is the large box on the left for? I'm curious to know what the sheets look like for the other categories? Mind sharing some eBay knowledge? - Thanks!
2 stores over two weeks...all available
Hmm. I've seen Biltrite heels before, but never like those and usually, if not always, as replacement heels, so I'm thinking those heels are not original. If you have to ask, I'm guessing that there is no indication inside the shoes. The old school Florsheim grails always have Imperial embroidered on the inner side and printed on the insole--the insole can wear off, but the inner side label is permanent. Do the soles have the five-nail pattern at mid-shoe? Any country of origin indicated?
I have two pairs of Imperials sans v-cleat and without the embroidered inner labels that are still very nice and made in USA (off-shore Florsheims are crap). I believe they have rubber heels, but I'm out of town at the moment and can't recall for sure. Certainly, they don't have heels like that. If they aren't Florsheim, Hanover and Nettleton also made equally nice longwings back in the day.
