I am in a capitalist conundrum. I found a bunch of Zegna Sport Coats and Suits over the weekend, looking for a decent payoff. Finally got around to getting them out of the bag tonight.....they all fucking fit me.....short arms and all. What to do?

Easy....get them drycleaned and put them in your closet if you like them

Is this Hickey Freeman for Burberry?

If so, I have a sick Burberry (London) glen plaid suit in 44R (measurements spoilered). Get at me if interested.

Jacket measurements:

  • Chest (pit to pit in front): 23"
  • Sleeves (shoulder seam to arm opening on the outside): 24" (1" to let)
  • Shoulders (shoulder seam to shoulder seam in back): 19.75"
  • Length (base of collar to bottom of jacket hem): 32"

Pants measurements:

  • Waist: 43"
  • Inseam: 27" (with cuffs and 1" to let)

Yes, that is HF. They make the majority of the Burberry London Suits.

Can't decide if I want this Caruso blazer.  I could get it for less than $300 new, but I'm having trouble pulling the trigger.  Should I get it?  You can just send me a PM if you don't want to clutter the thread.

Thanks fellas.

+1. Keep the stuff that fits and that you like; there will always be more stuff to flip.

Great problem to have...I would be tempted to cherry pick the best of the bunch and sell the rest but I have to agree with BP and keep em all in the closet for now...It is extremely rare to find quality pieces that you don't need to tailor...worst case scenario, you can wear them around the house and sell them 6 months from now...

What? Why! What did this say? What helpful or saucy or damaging information did it contain? I MUST KNOW.

You can always update your wardrobe, and sell the jackets and suits from your existing one if you think you have too many.  By the way how many is a bunch?

I'd keep the ones I know I'd wear and are most recent. There is no sense hanging on to it if you won't wear it. If they are close to something I already have...consider these an upgrade.
