In case frenchy is still lurkin': These weren't thrifted, but bought at thrift prices

Does anyone know much about this Savile Row tailor?

What about this one?

Boy, glad I didn't make it out today. It would have sucked to find a pile of NWT Brooks Brothers again and come home to see a Huntsman.

Nice

Latest tie haul.

bijan, Brooks Brothers, Oxxford, Brooks Brothers, and Rivetz of Boston.

I have questions about a couple. Do the bijan and the Brooks Brothers look authentic? I've never seen this particular BB tag, but I found the tie along with the other Brooks Brothers that is undoubtedly authentic.

The Pièce de résistance (not from a thrift store)

Good evening, gents. For those that don't know, I'm on vacation in Northwest Georgia. Been following the thread--some awesome finds--but it's hard when all I have available is Edge network most of the day.

Anywho, done a little thrifting up here and so far so good. Ill have lots of pictures to post upon my return.

Stumbled upon a sweet pair of shoes today. Can anyone tell me who would have used a "1978/D" last? They were recently resoled so most identifying marks are gone. All I know is they were made in England. And a model number.

I'll be in the Atlanta area all day tomorrow thrifting. If you stumble upon a fellow thrifter wearing Danner Mountain Lites and selvage denim, feel free to say hello. :)

Your Craigslist gambit paid off?

Oh, and :slayer: Nicely done, as usual. Some of that I'd kill to acquire (while others of the ties I'd kill with fire).

It's starting to. I'm still working on a much, much, much, bigger haul.

Thanks, and I agree about the ties, and nice rhyming

(Like what I did there?)
BIGGER? Christ, it'll be worth it to fly to LA and just buy it from you in person! (BTW, that "I'm selling link in your sig: Is that literally you or your consignor? Just wondering who I should pester with PMs when I come across something I can't live without)

The unadulterated ugliness of that Brioni almost overwhelms the pure beauty of those Chavrets.  Almost, but not quite.  Nice pickups

Hard to make out the name, but looks like Fallan & Harvey. Never seen anything in person but I've seen stuff on the bay and it's damn nice stuff, as you'd expect from SR bespoke. Very expensive and looks like a beautiful suit! Killer scores as always! :slayer:

I always miss this link, you should make it bigger, and maybe add some exclamation points all over so people know :slayer:

Pretty successful day.

Picked up this BB Irregular marked down.

Left some Ted Baker, Polo, HSM, BB, Peter Millar made in China 6? fold, Robert Graham, and Elie Tahari ties. Not the best brands in the world, but by far the best tie selection I've seen here at a Marshall's and TJ Maxx. Also left some BB linen shirts that weren't my size with a BB label I've never seen before. Maybe irregulars that get shipped to those stores get those tags?

Then hit a GW that hardly ever pays off, but today it brought me some good stuff all from the same dude:

Recent Burberry nailhead? sport coat which fits really well except I'm going to reroll the lapel to 3/2. Not Available.

Hickey Free navy blazer. Loro Piana. 90% wool 10% cashmere. 44R. Available

HF sport coat. 43R. Available

Alan Paine sweater. Size 44. 100% wool. Made in England. Available.

Hit one more GW on the way home and was about to leave with nothing when I hit the return rack after trying on a shirt that didn't work out. I know Canali doesn't get much love around here, but thing is recent and mint. 46L drop 8 with FLAT FRONT pants. Gray with dark gray/black window pattern. I WISH this thing fit me. I'd rock the Bajeezus out of it. Available.
