Wow! That's terrific news, Eazy! Congrats!

In other news, after many years of hiatus, I'm receiving my undergraduate diploma next month! I celebrated by buying myself a pair of APC petit standard! Yay for skinny selvedge jeans!

^^^  I wore them around Boston and NYC before Nemo hit and they were pretty comfortable.  Lots of walking and my only complaint was that their soles don't have much padding.  Overall not bad for ~ $7.  smile.gif

Thanks man, I'm having a hard time making the jacket and the trousers work with anything else, so I thought, why not put them together? Either it works, or I'm a walking disaster. sarcasm.gif

Thanks, people. Also, it appears that Crown Windsor for a time was a shell-only line. I think these fall into that period, I haven't found any non-shells with the "hand lasted" in gothic letters...yet. But I'm just some guy Googling, I am not authoritative by any means...

Damn that's a tough one. In all but the third picture, I'd say shell, but, the third appears to have micro creases. I've also only ever seen pebble grain shell on the interwebs. shog[1].gif

I vote no. Too much creasing. Nice shoes, though.

There is a "shell or not shell" thread over at AAAC, I think. Posted a pair of Church's there about a year or two ago.
