It says "Welcome to Banf" and has the distasteful rising sun flag. Just don't let your son wear that in Japan.

and since Ive never done this here are some thrift/discount store fit pics. excuse my lady friend's NASTY mirror lol. also this was at the end of the day so may not be as crisp looking as it did in the AM lol

You're probably not too far off the mark. We get a few decent snowfalls in my city a year. However, go outside the city and they'll get piles of it. I'll try to dig up some pictures from a long time ago that show the snow as nearly taller than me. The snow that's been posted has been pretty impressive though!
