Are some of my pickups all suits / sport coats. Not sure the Attolini is authentic but I will post pics later.

Changed my thrifting habits - I aint picking up the "fairly" old stuff anymore. If it is older than 10 years or in less than mint condition, nighty night it stays there. I am not against the vintage scene but a 15 year old Brioni suit is not vintage nor is it in any manner modern. Basically unpickable in my book and offensive to look at as well. I left around 4 of these Brioni's behind the other day and it was a heck of a decision given they were only 9bucks a pop.

If it were not for name, I would have felt no pain. ...
I left a Brioni shirt (that I would have taken a year ago) because the tips of the collar were frayed. And it's not like I've ever found much Brioni to begin with.

There's a 42L PRL (made in USA) DB, side vented tux at one of my local haunts. It's $45 I think- priced out of the flippable realm but I'm happy to proxy for anyone in need.

Hmmm that reminds me....

Thrift Fit from NYE, "Black Tie"

Harris Tweed - thrifted

Tuxedo T-Shirt - 2nd Anniversary gift from my wifey

Look on my face - discomfort from just eating $150 worth of sushi and sake bombs.

My wife's outfit...

Sweater - thrifted

Hair Flower - made by a friend, purchased on etsy

Bracelet - thrifted

Look on her face - liquid happiness found in 2 bottles of wine

Wow that is a BIG shout out. Always a pleasure!

In before the endless string of quotes from the song and the debate over whether this means the end of our hobby as we know it.

Edit: More finds, still no time. RLPL tie, PRL trou (that hopefully do as well as Wes's), Brioni pocket square (I think), I feel like there was something else cool in there that I'm now forgetting.

Forgot about that one, man you are way behind on some fit pics. First the Smoking Jacket and now the Knickers.....nest.gif

PRL pants was a total fluke....3 times over.  I have a pair of PRL Tweed Pants by Corneliani that have been relisted with no bids at all....

I've always wondered this myself.

Don't step into Mister Freedom - your wallet will absolutely hate you!

All these amazing SW&D stores in the area explain how the stuff ends up in the local thrifts.

On another note, why must women not care about second-hand high-end tailored clothes?? Men's Kiton would be in the hundreds by now. Women's Kiton cashmere blazer & Navy 3 pc suit - 2 days to go and sitting pretty at $11.50 and $4.99. ffffuuuu.gifbaldy[1].gif
