I don't know what the deal is with that rule. They didn't ask me for proof on my fit, though I don't know if that's because they forgot or because they don't really enforce the rule.

I was in one in the DC area recently and found a lesser amount of similar quality stuff. First time I've ever been into Marshall's and found decent clothing (shoes yes; clothes no). Prices were similarly insane, but seems too much volume all at once to be a coincidence; must be a time of year thing (post-holiday/year end clearout), or maybe a Nordstrom's/Neiman went out of business somewhere and they liquidated the inventory.

It's possible they reserve the rule for extreme cases -- someone shows up in a RLPL cashmere overcoat, Kiton suit and Lobb shells, they're going to start asking questions. Edit: Or maybe as a deterrent to it becoming "undemocratized." Plus, I'm probably overblowing the consequence too -- you'd probably just be quietly DQ'd.

IMO I wouldn't say the discount at TJ Maxx is worth getting a job there; it's only 10%, they bump it up to 20% every once in a while. The plus side is, the low discount kept me from wasting money while I was there.

Also, why is that one sporting a Luxe Swap tag?

Yes, they are available. I'll put them up in my store in a few days. Sizes are 42 44.

It has that tag because when Spoo was doing the charity thing during  Christmas I wanted to contribute.

Those look similar to the gold buttons I found (see below), mine (award winning) were marked Lindsay 14k and I was able to find the on-line catalog for the company. What's the name on the back?

Are those GOLD BUTTONS!!!!!!!!!!?????? wow.gif

If there's one thing that gold button thing has me doing, it's checking buttons that look like they might be gold... I have found some interesting blazers that way -the better ones seem to have buttons that are closer to real gold in color. perhaps gold plated?

I bought to contribute to the cause but eventually I plan on reselling it but not planning on making any additional money on it.
