Jacket looks great, though I'd listen to Chet on switching the shirt & tie.

Seeing as this is one of the most popular threads, I'd like to ask for some help authenticating an item on ebay. http://www.styleforum.net/t/331471/is-this-a-real-belt

Did my son have you sell the ones I gave him? Those look exactly like the ones I gave him for Christmas!

Definitely a real belt. That'll hold up pants with the best of 'em.

You can also try this thread:

That Ferragamo script looks right, but it's usually a lot more prominent (i.e., larger in proportion to the space it's written on) on the things I buy. But I'm not really a good authority.

Noob here,  Decided to overhaul my wardrobe several months back.  Since limited funds was an issue, I decided to hit thrift stores.  I wish I would have discovered SF before I started buying.  I bought a couple of suits that I realize now are crap (I used to think Hugo Boss was IT) and an even bigger issue - they don't fit right.  I also bought shirts that I haven't worn because they are too baggy.  I thought I could get them altered, but haven't gotten around to it.  Anyway, here are some finds this weekend (I mostly thrift for myself, but I found one item that doesn't fit me but I couldn't leave behind):

+1 Looks like a 100% authentic belt to me fing02[1].gif - FYI this is not an authentication thread, so don't expect much love with non thrift brags.

Thanks.  BTW, I know some of you like AEs.  I saw a couple of AEs (Park Avenue and Manchester) in decent shape, but left them because they weren't my size (and not really sure how trading works on SF yet).  It's possible they may still be there since the Kiton had a "12/19" on the tag.  Anyway if you are in the Bay and interested in the AEs PM me for the location. They were a size 9.5

But the stuff I'm putting up tomorrow, that's all at a discount price.

So your entire existence in this thread has been bragging about things you had mailed to you to list on eBay?  I guess your experience is similar to that of the first person to have figured out the Contra cheat code.
