In response to your query, that's precisely my problem. I've got a bit of the Ian Erickson syndrome... Regular in the body but Long in the arms. The sleeves on this one just about hit my wrist, which I guess makes them too short (guess that's why there are zippers on the cuffs, too). But since I'm not likely to actually do any biking, I'm not sure how big a deal that is.

I hear ya, I've been finding a lot of Moores suits and old London Fog raincoats lately. Lots of Perry Ellis too.

Every thrift I go in in Vancouver is FULL of Moores/Perry Ellis - it's out of hand.  90% of suits and SC's are moores here, clearly we have no real tailors :s

You should have left every item pictured (unless for personal use, but even still, probably), except possibly the Thomas Pink.

For some reason I've thrifting at least 6 new Hart Schaffner Marx jackets lately from different places.  Tags generally mostly off, but still sewn pockets and often still with the sleeve tag on it.  Usually they are from Nordstrom (1887) but here's one as a standalone:

And another from their "comfort" line:

Also, Jack Victor seems to be more available everywhere.  This one is my third in the past few days, but I've left another 5 or more behind.

Also I've found more Thomas Pink lately.  Here's another one just a bit too big for me:

And after finding my first Aquascutum (overcoat) on Friday, I found my first SC.

Quick crappy snap, but AE Elgins in exactly my size:

A bit worn, but i'll wear them a bit and get them recrafted if i feel like its worthwhile. Bad news was the lady at the SA said they came in the bag and with the shoe trees, but they were thrown out.

Last 2 are vintage BB suits 3-roll-2, both are 40S, flat front trousers. One (or both) might be already taken by a member, waiting for his response. If not, they will be available, as is the BB tie.

More women's stuff ffffuuuu.gif

I won't complain too much, though. It's damn nice stuff. The navy herringbone jacket is actually a 100% cashmere suit ( with a skirt bottom).

Found these for the wife. NWOB

Not a thrift... discount find

I know there's a lot of bike people in this thread.  Scored this a few days ago for myself.  Loving it... except for the pain in my legs and butt!
