Update on that. I misread the paperwork and I only need $450 for settlement not $8K

EDIT: No, you are not allowed to leave, Dig.

Now THAT, I could read! lol8[1].gif

I went to the thread describing the new format changes and discovered that I could go to my settings and switch from the new forum default to something called "Styleforum blue". It seems to have helped a bit but the fonts! They so tinee, still.

I bumped up the size of the fonts for this site in my browser. I don't know the PC command, but on a Mac it's Command-plus (repeat Command-plus a couple of times or Command-minus to your taste).

There's easily another two feet of height I didn't capture here. Promise Mountain.

Same story at at least one of my local GWs. Tax season must have been good.

On a PC you can just hold control and scroll your mouse wheel to enlarge (or shrink) the whole page.

Well shut my mouth! When did they fix Firefox? Same for me. Thanks.

OTOH, it now takes twice as long to scroll through the page. baldy[1].gif

Yeah.  The first thing my wife said when I showed her my finds was, "Don't you have enough shirts already?"  I can't get her to understand that $3.59 per shirt is of greater value than that of closet space.

I think I may have hit a small selvedge jackpot on my a) my first experience with the Buffalo Exchange that just moved in around the corner and b) my first foray into selvedge.

EDIT: Well, maybe not, but these are still nice jeans: http://abfits.com/shop/?wpsc-product=dopedrakkar-x-ab-fits-lot-1198

And though I can get them on, and they fit well, I can't even approach the realm of possibly buttoning up the button fly.

Well technically I guess so....but she lets me have half of it. Unfortunately, my half is the fucking gas tank.

 That sucks...

I like this quote: "“These are nice suits that we could get some money for,” said Hiles, pointing at a women’s three-piece cream suit priced at $30. “Once it’s destroyed, we give it to [Goodwill] to use the fabric for different uses. It’s not something that we can then sell.”

You know that GW just slaps a $30 price tag on it and puts it on the shelf!

Found a few nice things lately.

Couple of Orvis shirts

Bill's Khaki's shirt

Flat front navy Zanella's (40x31)

Aquascutum (~40L), made in Canada...would that be Samuelsohn?

My first RLPL...summer weight chinos (34x31) probably dibbed, but I mistakenly described them as single pleat, and they are in fact double-pleated, so who knows?

Etro shirt (dibbed)

Kilgour, French & Stanbury DB (~40S)

Couple of Harris Tweeds (grey ~40R; brown ~38S)
