Some really amazing finds around here (and not so amazing, but whatever) I've been drooling a lot. Almost sent a few PM's, but I somehow didn't.

The past week has been pretty good to me, I'll be posting a bunch of it soon. A quick question though, is this the Dior that I'm looking for?

^ looks fake. tag is usually stitched on the corners and the tag itself looks off

Spoo....Is this legit? It was only $0.75 so if not it's no big deal.

Love that meme and yes, real!

Whats the scoop on that Hermes tie, I like that.

This may be off topic (though no more than the hockey chat).... satisfied.gif

Someone posted an Eric Glennie tie last week. He was still around SF when I joined in about '07.
I was trapped in a dentist chair this afternoon and happened to catch an interview with Ozwald Boateng on the BBC World News channel. I had a flashback to the collar designs that Glennie used to post on SF.

Notwithstanding how it looks, it seems constructed to "work" with the cardigan, which seems to cover wherever the tips would end. My guess is without the cardigan, there might be some sort of collar point before the lapel.

+1 Should look more like this below...... Does it look/feel like $3000 or $300 quality wise?

I'm going to go with no, with the repeating CD lining it just seems fake. The pick sticking on looks machine done as well.

Thanks...I couldn't find the real Spoo signal, so I stole that from your avatar selection.

Leafs fans actually make me hate hockey.

So bit of a PSA for DC area folks: The Marshalls at the Prince Georges County Mall currently has two RLPL pocket squares. Big, dark ancient madder on one side, tan on the other, nice hand rolled edges. I didn't grab one because I'm morally opposed to paying $40 for a pocket square regardless of how nice it is, but I figured there was a chance somebody here would be interested.

On a completely unrelated note, is it really that hard to find cheap gray khakis? baldy[1].gif

It killed me to leave a bunch of Samuelsohn today (Holland & Sherry fabric tweed SC, very recent suit), but it was MTM and this dude was very short and very fat.

PRL. Fully canvassed goodness. Not as sick as EasyE's, but still one of the nicest sport coats I've ever found. Measures 42R. Available.

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

Picked up this Trafalgar strap for just for the sterling silver belt buckle. Keeping the buckle. Strap is 42 and available for cost + shipping.

Holy shit, Mr. Freedom in a thrift.  They look goofy as hell, but they're some of the best made denim pantaloons out there.

Stuff from today. Passed on 2 pairs of Sulka pants made by Saint Andrews that were a bit trashed, also passed on about 6-8 polo made in Italy pants, size 38. If any of my fellow CT thrifts want to know where they are, hit me with a pm.

Helmut Lang jeans tagged 36(not sure if they were worth picking up, but they were cheap)

Jpress belt for me

And a Burberry trench 36s

Also this isn't what I'm looking for right?
