Really? Some stores have racks and racks, some have none. As for me, I have found 3 vintage G-1 Bombers and 2 vintage Schott's in the last 45 days or so.

All were under $15, which I thought was amazing and unusual.

My area....I shop in thrift stores....

Been trying to be good and not thrift until after the holidays. The itch is bad. Might have to scratch it soon.

Leather jackets? Noooo. Never seen one. But let me tell you, they have tons of stuff by Stafford, Haggar, Van Huesen... Very desirable. I recommend buying up as much of that as possible.

That jacket is awesome.  Size?  And CB for Huntsman is nothing to sneeze at, not sure why you'd be disappointed.

AND this jacket below I don't even know how to describe. It looks to be completely done by hand drool.gif...never seen the "stitching" on the back side of the lapel before and it's half lined so you can see all the handwork to finish off the half lining....NO TAGS at all censored.gif

Fishy went thrifting!

As promised, here are shots of my latest finds. All are AVAILABLE. Cash is king, but I also will consider trades for good staples that actually fit me.

First up is an awesomesauce Canali herringbone belted (trench?) overcoat! All wool, only flaw is that the "made in italy" tag has been torn off.

Damn guys, you are killing it. This is the best item I've found so far, how much do you figure I can flip this on the bay? :-)

Unfortunately not unless you intend to wear it. That piece looks to be from the mid 80s which was the downfall period for many manufacturers.

See my sig for UFOs - that needs to go there!

Big hauls in the past few days (congratulations!) but also sort of quiet here. Everyone must be off travelling, shopping, wrapping, visiting, carolling, baking, avoiding, remembering... maybe even thrifting? devil.gif

Merry Christmas Everyone! Here's to a 2013 with hot hauls, big sales and great clothes!

I believe that these are the Sierra Designs labels you are looking for...

I've only owned Sierra Designs stuff from the early to mid 90s. It was good as well. But not like it was before. My uncle had a Sierra Design bivi tent from the way early 80s (single wall GoreTex). That thing was amazing...
