The official thrift/discount store bragging thread - Page 3885

Just caught up to this thread and wow, just wow, Ray. What a haul.

While I was not conceived on any donated armchair, my older sister used to tell me that our parents found me in a dumpster. This "prank" of hers went on for several years...haha.

They are Levi 510 Skinny fit jeans, likely intended for the Euro market.

Has anyone ever found a leather jacket at a goodwill/thrift store? There was a scene in 'Jack Reacher' where he goes into a TS or a Goodwill and buys a leather jacket. Apparently the store was well stocked with them.

Current

FYI, the silver label is not the current label. It is recent, but not current.

This is the current label (picture off website). Blue Mahogany Collection Alternating Stripe Dress Shirt.

AND this jacket below I don't even know how to describe. It looks to be completely done by hand drool.gif...never seen the "stitching" on the back side of the lapel before and it's half lined so you can see all the handwork to finish off the half lining....NO TAGS at all censored.gif

Really? Some stores have racks and racks, some have none. As for me, I have found 3 vintage G-1 Bombers and 2 vintage Schott's in the last 45 days or so.

All were under $15, which I thought was amazing and unusual.

My area....I shop in thrift stores....
