The temperature been in the 80’s here so there may not be a need for this here but found this recent lambskin Marc New York leather jacket. This jacket has a zipout quilt lining and appears to be worn less than ten times. The original owner fell on his shoulder and elbow and scratched the jacket and blamed the jacket and threw it away. In my size and for $17 what the heck.

Also this heavier, I think also lambskin leather coat. The tags have faded away but I believe this is Armani? Coat has zipper removable collar.

An unworn BB coat thats avail

A few sweaters
Pal Zileri leather front sweater XXXL/56

Zegna is the thickest sweater polo I have seen

Brioni new with tags. When you go to last call you gotta get something. Thanks

Any guesses other than the croc wallet? It's not the right shape for a Rolex box but maybe a Patek Philippe? How much would one weigh? The box feels heavier than a pound but not really two pounds. Maybe I'll try to weigh it on the digital scale in the morning.

  • Okay, the box measures 6.5" by 3.5" by 2".
  • It has a center of gravity that is 2.5 inches from the left and 4 inches from the right but dead center on the 3.5" axis.
  • When I shake it, there is a light knock.
  • It does not slosh so the contents are solid.
  • It does not register on the digital scale so it's less than a pound.

Any other questions that I can answer without unwrapping it?

I would like to change my guess....

I figure it is most likely a Tropic Thunder pimp chain, made of solid gold and diamonds

Is the German maker of Paul Stuart suits a known brand?  Picked up a beauty in 42L, seems extremely recent

Few pairs of pants in 36W - Em's of Masons (never heard, but really high quality, split waistband etc) in a cool dark patterned moleskin material, insanely thick and heavy military twill, khaki color, flat front Polo by Corneliani, pleated Canali, Black D&G corduroys

Left a pair of Helmut Lang khakis from the owner, weird stains on it.

Also grabbed a nice Paul and Shark button down in XL.

Can get pics later, but all available.

I didn't see much today for decent prices.  Found a very nice Zegna 15 mil mil navy blazer size 40R (my size, and NEVER thrifted it seems, at least here) but it was $150.  I am hoping there are some jeans experts here.  I found several pair of selvage jeans - Levi for J. Crew, Unbranded (although the SW&D forums says these are crappy).  They were all around $30/pair.  Not my size so I didn't pick.  Worth it?  Also, do 7s sell well on Ebay?  Saw several pair there for about $25.

The mismatch between the label (BURBERRY LONDON) and the imprint on the back of the tip (Burberrys), along with the fake-looking label also suggests that the tie might not be authentic.

Thank you for the reply... After closer examination the tie is made in italy.

+1....I had a great transaction with Tubs. I personally prefer to trade or sell for cost+ shipping + a small markup to cover my time.

So after months of searching for a vintage Burberry trench for my wife, I decided to pull the trigger on one on the bay. It was waaaaaaaaay more than I wanted to spend, but my wife's birthday is tomorrow and I knew that would be a home run gift for her so what the fuck. Well, today, I fucking found this, for about a tenth of what I paid for the one off ebay. ffffuuuu.gifffffuuuu.gifffffuuuu.gifffffuuuu.gif In her size and everything! Why thrift gods do you toy with me so! And before you guys jump all over me for this, I know this isn't the Burberry "porsum" that we are all looking for, but this is what she wanted. And to be honest, these vintage made in England jackets are pretty sweet, still has the D rings to hang your grenades from. icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

I also found these Florsheim Royal Imperial longwings in shell, hopefully to help me recoup some of my money. cloud.gif

Yup, although it doesn't necessarily need to be wet, she wears the one she got from Asos a couple years back almost every day. Especially since it's been a pretty warm winter up until the last few days.

Hey I found some stuff, will post pics of things later (probably tonight? then again, I always procrastinate when it comes to photos).  A bit dated with slightly low-gorge grey blazer, but 100% camelhair Pierre Cardin couture, fits about 41 I'm guessing but have to measure; a couple of ties, and a Woolrich fisherman sweater L (Catside?) and grey Pantharella socks (Grendel?).  Everything available.

I passed on a short-sleeve BB Sport Madras shirt, sized XL.  Can go back if anyone wants it, let me know soon.

Is Chatham Run by Woolrich worth picking up?

Medium. I 6'1" and the sleeves are short on me. PM if interested and I'll grab it for you.
