had a good day today, first I came home to my secret santa package

OH YEAH AND A TON OF DOPE SHIRTS AND AND APC PULLOVER (the comme des garcons is too small though :/) but everything else fits!!

 

now for my finds from today...

first of a nice tie in a sweet tartan made in scotland (wish it was just blackwatch and didn't have the red though)

 

AND OH GOODNESS WHAT ARE THESE MWAHAHAHAHAHA (AVAILABLE AS HELL although be warned I payed a little more than thrift prices for them)

 

 

 

only bad part is they are not purple label from last season xD

DO IT. I can't recommend Typhoid enough. He sold my Chipp grass green with white beach chair print linen pants (yeah, ) way faster and much higher than I ever could.

some stores are really expensive, i've just been finding stuff at the cheap stores.

that, and i don't pick up most things if they're really marked up. a while back one store had used prada suits in mediocre condition for 199.99

+1. I found RLPL cords the other day. Paid north of a Jackson -- almost an order of magnitude more than Mainy.

Went back for that Cucinelli pinstripe orphan this afternoon, but it was gone....   I'm guessing a local flipper spotted it last night after I left.  I did find a nice Coach purse, some other stuff for the lady, and a couple of shirts.  One is an Indigo Palms by Tommy Bahama shirt, with nice MOP buttons, about medium size.  I'm familiar with Tommy Bahama, wasn't sure if Indigo Palms was licensed junk, but the shirt seemed pretty solid with good buttons.  Worthy pickup?  Can get photos later, but available.

 

Oh, and got my SS package Tben -- I'm not sure if I can wait to open it, but I suspect I know what one item is, and I'll like it! 

Glad (most) everything worked out. Thought the CDG might be a wee bit short in the arms, but I figured you can always use it as trade bait. Happy Holidays.

My $15 Brioni suit came today. Pants are even flat-front and uncuffed. The only thing that'll need tailoring is the sleeves, and I really hope there's enough material in there to do it...
