This just in....I think someone might possibly be receiving their Secret Santa package today. Who could it be??? Whoever you are, please feel free to open it when it arrives, and share. I can't take this suspense any more. I have no problem waiting to open gifts from others, but I hate waiting for someone to receive a gift from me. 

 

Considering they're a $500 reproduction of $20 bundeswehr sneakers, I don't think it's the shoes that are being abused.

 

 

Also, I don't want my dislike of those shoes to distract from how awesome that CdGS shirt is.

I pay $7 or 14 every 6 months for emergency towing via my liability insurance. (GEICO). It's not as expensive as AAAs annual membership. Although AAA gives you free maps (!). I've never had to call their tow service (knocks on wood), so I can't comment on the service yet.

Well that's what I have currently. Their service is great and such. The problem is.... They will tow you anywhere you want to go as long as its no further than the closest participating mechanic or dealer. Where I broke down (50 miles from home) they would tow me anywhere I wanted as long as it was less than 3 miles away. Since I didn't know anyone in that 3 mile radius, it was off to the dealership. But hey, I was just happy to be out of harms way. The shoulder of a busy interstate at night is petrifying.
