Grenson Masterpiece also does, as well as a similar looking heel/sole pattern. The most definitive identification would go off of last info. EG would have lasts like 89, 888, 202, etc. Here's a Grenson Masterpiece example:



The frame around the RLPL and made in England script is more reminiscent of older EG, so I'll hazard a guess in that direction as well, though.

 

Always unbutton last button on cardigans as you would on SCs and suit jackets, unless you want to look like a grandpa. You look like you belong in A Flocks of Seagulls music video. Not really.
