Here's some stuff I've found recently

Really cool recent HF lambswool / cashmere blend. Completely unstructured. The weird part is that it's lined and sized like outerwear instead of a blazer. Fits, so mine. Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

Likey!

so, I know there's a tailor thread, but I feel this gets more eyes.

Hopefully I can get some feedback on the fit of these.

(I know the sleeves need shortened)

I also forgot that she (Wendy Carlos) scored A Clockwork Orange, The Shining, and Tron.

Yup. I should have made my joke more obvious. Switched on Bach is pretty damn cool, and I was obsessed with her version of the Ninth Symphony (which is on the Clockwork Orange soundtrack) in high school.

I know there's a couple of Creed threads already but you guys are out in the real world everyday. I'm trying to find a brick and mortar store that I can actually go into and sample one or more Creed products. Any thoughts?

I've found one or two bottles in some of the mall perfume stores but they won't let me sample any of it. I see it might be at Neiman Marcus but still no idea about sampling it.

I'm interested in starting a small collection of Creed scents but based on my daily, single spritz use of my spray bottle of Polo (Green), whatever I buy will likely last for years. Outside of Green Irish Tweed, Silver Mountain Water, Himalaya and Original Vetiver, I have no clue what to look for and I'm not even sure which of those four to try first.

Anyone have any thoughts? Anyone find any bottles of the stuff on a GW/SA shelf? Get at me!

I know, it's a bit harsh but the 1st coat looks too large for you.

I edited my response when I noticed the second coat was different. My eyes are old. Start with the shoulders. If they extend too far beyond your natural shoulders, the coat is too large overall. Too expensive and likely destructive to try to adjust them.

Thanks T! I may have to go that route. I was hoping to walk in to a store somewhere and try a spritz but that's not unreasonable.

Picked up a pair of made in England suspenders, but they don't have anything indicating a maker. Any help?

Well, I don't subscribe to Details magazine. Hey, weren't you the guy who was defending some NYC short pants wearing dude from Topeka, Kansas?

And, it's been 12 hrs or so since I posted and not a single PM on the LP. Looks like it's button chopping time!

What you should do:

1) Consider chopping MOP buttons.

2) Come to your senses.

3) Send to Spoo or someone else to consign.

4) Wait for auction to end.

5) Invite friends to house for dinner.

6) During dinner, pull out gains from auction, yell, "MONEY FIGHT!" and have fun.

Seriously, if it wasn't XL I'd have PMed you ages ago.
