+1. Those suspenders are going to bring big bucks. I've sold three pairs, used, no box for about $100 each. Nice find!

from 1980, but I thought it was very cool, maybe someone will want it? Probably around a 42-44ish.

Will measure if someone wants it.

Also picked up two pairs of Martin Dingman braces in boxes too. No eBay history for those though.

Spotted a number of pairs of used but good condition Allen Edmonds in size 8.5D at the down-the-road thrift just before they closed for the day. (Sorry, didn't think to take pics or note the models.) Not my size but if anyone's interested, PM me and I'll take pics tomorrow and proxy.

EDIT: Ian - Go back and read your first post. You'd have wrecked you too. You've learned much, and will learn more. But as B&T says, you were a good sport about it. Good on you.

Wait, really? I have Dior squares. Hell, I just gave one to my daughter to clean her room with. I assumed they were the proverbial Dior tie, but without any of that valuable canvas liner.

True story. I used to work someplace where, through sheer chance, a junior person got a really swag office. That person then went on maternity and subsequently left the firm. But we took to calling the office "Alice's* Old Office" (* = not her real name). This went on for nearly a year after "Alice" left. Finally the senior folks were getting annoyed and actually SENT OUT AN EMAIL instructing us that the office was no longer to be referred to as "Alice's Old Office." Always compliant, from that day forward I referred to it exclusively as "The Office Formerly Known As Alice's Old Office."

I don't work there anymore.

Anywho.

Picked this up at lunch. ~42R based on having tried it on. Unlikely I'd use it much, so it's available.

AND

I haven't done a fit lately. Let's remedy that. I'm determined to ascend the stylishness pecking order up in here.

Is this busy? Would it have violated fewer rules if the collar weren't cutaway? Would it have looked better with gray trou and suede shoes? I think we all know the answers to all of the above. But what fun would any of that have been? Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

I got this pair of Pantanetti distressed chelsea boots from Winners today. This pair was mis priced and luckily happened to be in my size. They had a few pairs there all priced at $229 with the original retail price being $500 and this one had a different tag on them with a $49.99 price. I have been looking for a pair of chelsea boots for a while so it was a good day for me.

I dont know a lot about this brand but they look to be pretty decent quality and they arent over embellished like most of the other things I come across at Winners.

Here's one of those Ebay auctions that is miss sized, AND it's listed on Puthison:

Authenthic KITON 100% Cashmere KITON Napoli Sports Jacket Blazer Plaid 52

Under size it's listed as 52 with a shoulder of 18" and sleeve of 24"...

Me don't thinks this is US 52.....

Two questions asked and answered:

Q: Is there side vents, center vent, or no vent? And have sleeve buttons functional button sleeves(working cuff)?thanks
A: there is one flap in the center of the back of the jacket, and the buttons on the sleeves are functional, thanks!

Q: Hello, can you please post or tell me what the chest size or the arm pit to pit measurement is. Thank you for your time.
A: pit to pit is about 21" thanks

Looks to be a 42R, might get it cheaper because of the size.

Busy could be used.

On the shoes, look great. From the indentations between the eyelets, I'd say those had bar lacing originally and would switch back to the bar lacing. Cleaner look with shiny leather, nice...
