Blackwatch came today!

It's on the long side of where my jackets usually hit. But is it too long? I say no, but that could just be because I want to keep it. It also could be roomier in the waist.

I guess I haven't cleaned that mirror in our guest room, um, ever. Apologies.

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

The pattern is exactly what I was looking for -- none of the red/yellow accents or anything like that.

Hey SFTOT/DSBT!
Who's up for some SW&D? Here's the deal. (Click to show)
I could not find the size/content/counrty of origin/care instruction tag anywhere on these jeans. I hope they're not counterfeit. Who fakes N&F? I compared them to a pair of 42's from the rack and these were about two inches smaller so I'm guessing these are either 38 or 40 waist. Regardless, I have included pictures with measurements. I picked these up on the off chance that someone here might want them at my cost ($8) plus shipping ($6?) and whatever you feel they might be worth as long as it's less than $10.
Recently compared to Canali! rolleyes.gif

If you're interested, get at me, bro!

Dig, you are the man.  Nuff said.  I think these are real, I recently picked up a pair of Made in the USA Levis with part of the tags cut out to prevent returns.  I believe this could've been done to these as well.  If you're a bigger dude and want some excellent starter jeans, get these for $15!!!

Just for perspective, I found a Hermes tie in Red Deer. (That's for the Canadians out there).

Thanks for the feedback. I'm still debating the pants. I can return them for store credit for 29 more days... One of them is a little on the long side. I might wear the shorter one to see if I think it would be worth keeping (and getting hemmed) the second pair. I already need to visit a tailor for the Brooks Brothers suit I found last week (the arms were a bit long) for $30 at the same GW.

And that Newsboy is definitely a keeper! I've been hoping to find more of them for myself as well. I do like the Hanna Hats I've bought off Ebay, but cheaper is always better!

I found two pairs in my size last night at a local GW for $15 each. They seem pretty well made. I'd never heard of the brand before...

Masons is a higher-end Italian maker. EM's is a line of theirs. Not sure what it signifies as it's all pretty casual stuff. A local SW&D shop here carries the stuff. Shorts retail about $150-$175 and trousers retail about $250. Doesn't do well on the bay for some reason but it's nice stuff for yourself. I stocked up on a bunch of their shorts on sale 5-ish years ago and they're still going strong.

Deadstock Eddie Bauer Harris Tweed newsboy cap. Definite keeper.
