I was talking to her about it and she said "Besides used clothing and cookies, what else do you guys talk about?" It put things into perspective for a split second. Anyway, I'll see if she's up for the task of it for anyone that is interested. Shipping a kilo or two is about €15 from Austria to America. I'm not sure if that's too much to spend on cookies.
That's a literary genius. It reminded me of a Goodwill I saw in Texas. It was insane. There were just boxes of things sitting around and everything was broken and filthy. I have no qualms with dirt or digging through things at places like flea markets and thrift stores, but this was on a new level. I couldn't last more than a few minutes and had no understanding of what people could possibly find in the boxes that would make shopping worthwhile.
The question is, does this give your wife bonus points in the Great Cookie War?
"I'm so sorry I don't have as many cookies this year. Some of my internationally famous cookies were sent to the men who begged for them...."
