I'm sure none of these are on Nataku's list of outdoor wear to keep an eye out but this might be a trip down memory lane for some of the older skiers who may be on this forum.
Manufacturers mentioned include:
- David S. Reid
- SunIce
- Decente
- Anba
- Bogner
- Ditrani
- Nevica
I see the odd piece turn up in thrifts but I'm sure most of it was used hard and put away wet so completely beat to hell at the end of it's life, or when fashions began to change.
Though I do remember with fondness the craze for "Stretchies" in the early 80s. Think the precursor of yoga pants.

I also remember the unbelievable '80s ski suits with neon colors. There are '80s themed ski weekends sometimes and everyone turns up in these ridiculous looking ski suits.

Definitely are and they look unworn. Score!! Dated 1966 too!
Bogner is a German company and therefore I come across their stuff on a semi-regular basis. I think Bogner did the German olympic uniforms this year, unless I'm wrong. Anyway, unless it's for myself, I generally pass. I have seen a ton of their polos for men and women and this fall I've seen some of their sportswear. I know little about collectible sportswear outside of what you guys have mentioned here, but if there's something for which you're hunting Nat, let me know and I'll keep ana eye out for it!
