I would normally jump on that Kiton and hit you with PM's but having sold a real old Kiton suit for a nice sum, I do reckon you should reward yourself for picking it up - monetarily or tradeitarily (not a word but you get the gist).

Your suit may be fairly old, late 90's at a guess, but Kiton is Kiton and you will get a handsome profit for taking the trouble to pick up. $300 plus for that...

Nice little bonus and you can use the money to invest in pieces you really want.

That or maybe you will get lucky and someone lurking will have some terrific stuff in your size and you can trade.

Either way, win win so hope you get a good deal from someone here!

Jacket: HF Customized vintage lumberjack SC from a vintage store. Thrifted by me.
Pants: Berle tartan wool pants thrifted by me.
Tie: DKNY silk. Thrifted by me.
Shoes: AE Grayson tassel loafers. Got them from Wes.
PS: Jos. A. Banks silk. Got them on clearance.

 

I hope you have a Christmas party at your office because either one of those would be PERFECT to wear. In fact, I've been on the hunt for some pants like those for quite some time. I lost a couple of auctions late last winter and I've regretted not being a bit more aggressive as I'm unlikely to find them again. Either way, love it, that's the way to get noticed!

I've flipped a fair bit of goodies on ebay before, including some Acne and Bally shoes, Canali Chinos, Aquascutum trenchcoat.. all for a steal. I've never dudded anyone with dodgy descriptions. 

 

Thrifters can be good/fair dinkum too - yesterday I went into a Smith Family store and found an orphan 3 button Ralph Lauren Made in Italy suit jacket that was a couple of sizes too big for me. Went into the pants section, found the matching trouser and gave them to the storelady to pair up and reprice.

Visited my parents last night and gathered some stuff to take up to my apartment. Started loading up my car in the driveway early this morning, taking a few trips from the house out through the garage to my car in the driveway.

As far as we can tell, he got away with very little, ignored all the tools and other items in the garage, ignored the stuff in my car (the back was opened and full of stuff). Just wanted cash.

Needless to say, it will be a while before I sleep again. A Liam Neeson movie night followed by some random fist fights might help quell this rage.

LOL, what size are you? Maybe we can do a trade. Those pants are wayyyyyyyyyyyyy too flashy for me. Don't worry, I've only wore those pants for 2 hours when I went to class dressed like that. No one said anything but I could just tell they were like WTF?!

Anyone have a recommendations on mannequin torsos from ebay or wherever? Preferably something with a stand. Think I should get one of these while I have money in my paypal. I tried searching back but haven't found anything good yet.

I've been looking for a suede trucker jacket for awhile now, this is the closest I've gotten:

PRL suede fireman bomber, I'm guessing 90s? Pretty cool, and solid. This thing is tough, but probably could use some TLC. Does anyone have a preferred suede treatment? Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
