Are those you're auctions? Was watching a pair of shoes but didn't know it was you...

Ok, guys, take a look, pics of the Attolini. At least, I'm ~80-90% sure it's Attolini. Not labeled as such, but M. Bardelli in Milan sells Attolini-made jackets. More to the point, one of the moth-destroyed ones I left behind had an Attolini tag in the pocket, and all the details on this one (inside pockets, buttonhole stitching, etc.) seem to match that one.

Can anybody confirm or disprove?

Hmmm.  I've only ever seen that "100% cashmere" tag on Kiton (though I'm not the least bit sure that it's limited to Kiton, I've just only ever seen it on Kiton).  The breast pocket tag and the writing code/style also look vaguely like Kiton.  Someone else feel free to chime in.

EDIT:  Nevermind.  Agreed that the inner breast tag looks more like old Attolini.  That thing looks awesome regardless.

EDIT2: Hmm, looks like Mainy confirmed my suspicion re: the "100% Cashmere" tag.  Though I still do feel like I remember seeing an old Attolini tag that looks like the inside breast pocket tag in the picture.

"Cotton Silk & Cashmere" is some kind of branding for the Bardelli store, or maybe an alternate location owned by the same group. The other jackets had it too, though one was cashmere and the other was 100% wool.

Any interest in hats?  They're not fantastic finds (no Borsalino) but I picked up a Dobbs and two Baileys (taupe, dark gray, and chocolate brown, respectively.)  All three size 7 1/8.  Any interest?  Also, I'd like to find something comparable in 7 1/2, preferably gray or brown, if anyone is looking to clear out some of their own inventory...

Thanks, I had a feeling picking them up was the right choice. Even if they weren't eBay money, I figured someone here would have an interest.

They are also mandatory for morning dress, and the modern, semi-formal take on it. At least a particular kind of pinstripe. I don't plan on getting a tailcoat (though I won't turn one down), but I would like to be able to put together a semi-formal rig. I have pants that are close.

What's making y'all say Kiton?

For me,

1) that particular "100% cashmere" tag is something I've only ever seen on Kiton,

2) the content tag looks like ones I've seen from Kiton, and

3) the script on the inside breast pocket label (the writing style, not the actual lines) looks like Kiton too:

1)

2)

3)

You shouldn't be the least bit disappointed man.  "A Kiton by any other name would smell as sweet."
