Can anyone here recommend the best product theyve tried to get out Collar/Cuff stains?
Ive been trying Oxy Clean gel stick and it works 25% of the time...last shirt I tried it on, left blue staining on the color. Im scared to try it on anything else now.
I want to start taking some more chances on shirts with the stains (flippable ones of course).

ok so i "THRIFTED" in my laundry bag at home over 100 of my shirts id forgotten about, they run the gamut from kiton, brioni, isiaia, asprey ,vuitton, zegna xxx, band of outsiders, hermes, ferragamao charvet, borrelli rlpl, rlbl, thom browne dior homme balenciaga raf simons etc etc etc lots have a yellowish collar and or staining from food (most shirts are white) the cleaners will not get these stains out, any home methods you thrifters use to take out the yellowing from collars (that will not irreparably harm the shirts), and food stains from oil? i will offer some here at great prices iiif i can clean most of them,
When all fails, try the alcohol approach, dip dab and soak it up.

Tie back thing came undone so it had to be goodwilled. Whut!?
That is super rare!!! Wow!
The Z Zegna will say "Z Zegna" on the label. Their mainline stuff will say the whole EZ name and has a better feel to it.

I was scanning through the jackets and skipped this, but then did a double take because it looked interesting...pull out the label and nearly had a stroke...

Dont want to steal Shiny's thunder with his Thom Browne score...but im sure you guys would appreciate seeing some Dior Homme and not the usual Christian Dior licensed garbage that sometimes plagues this forum.
HIDDEN FUNCTIONAL CUFFS...
GW PRICE TAG....For the Non-Believers....
This thing has...

Made in Italy
SS/2012
Just needs a good pressing!
Best part of all?...Fits me almost perfectly!
Holly crap!!!

The lesson for today is: Make sure to check the halloween costume section!! Lots of men's dress clothes and other jackets get stashed here because they look unique or old. Read that as, lots of blazers and standalone sport coats that you might miss because you think it's just polyester costumes in that section.

This incredible SC was going to end up as some person's costume and tossed afterwards. No content tag, but it definitely feels like part cashmere....wild.

Also found an otherwise unremarkable Harris Tweed blazer in the mix, but it fits me and has a funky lining so I picked it up.
Outside of the "costume" racks were these other gems.
BB 1818 Madison SC 42R wool houndstooth...needs a dryclean to remove a couple food spots (?) but is otherwise in amazing shape.

ATTN: Nataku.
Sicknasty Feathered Friends down fill parka with button-on hood. SMALL, can't believe I found one that fits....
Edit, for those who haven't heard of this brand, it's the Volant midweight jacket shown here: http://www.featheredfriends.com/Picasso/Garments/Mid/VolantJacket.html

DAT DIOR. GO AHEAD, BRUSH YA SHOULDERS OFF.
Thanks! That is so smart.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but that's fake Dior man
You can tell by the diagonal stitching only at the corners. The real Dior has stitching all the way around the label...

also can I get some feedback on the fit of this tweed blazer? it is a hand me down and I think it might be too short but it is cool and has patch pockets and is double vented
Thanks, buddy! I would of totally keep those APC but the cuffs were 3 inches! Those look good on you! I'm happy for you! I dig the jacket. It's very short in a fashion forward sense. Keep rocking out in the free world!!!
Wow, seriously, that's a life time of Pendletons. You gonna have bangers lined up to get a piece of those!

Seriously dudes? Not a single freaking popcorn after my teaser?
Well, I'm going to f**cking earn your respect. Because today was my day in the life of DM7.
Unfortunately.... That respect is going to be diminished somewhat because of the shitty ass pictures, which I'll have to settle for because I can't find the goddam cord to connect my slightly less crappy camera to my computer. So Blackberry it is.
So here's the story. I went back for an RRL shirt for a thread brother. Intended to hit just one shop. But BAM! I was hitting good shit left and right. So I decided to see if my luck would hold, and went to a local GW that I'd hit once before to very mediocre results. BAM BAM! I was freaking Reaganing! Every effing label I turned was better than the last! I mated over a half dozen orphans. I was sweating bullets and must have looked possessed. It was un-effing-believable.
Unless noted, everything is available.

OMGAD WHAT AN AWESOME DAY. I SAW LIKE 10 CHRISTIAN DIOR SUITS AND 5 YSL. I PICKED UP 3 DIOR AND 1 YSL. IF ANYONE WANTS ONE I CAN PICK ONE UP FOR THEM.
HERE'S A PIC OF SOME I LEFT BEHIND.
Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
lol, just kidding, didn't grab the Diors, but I did pick up the YSL lol..
I saw a lot of "decent" stuff today, but didn't pick up any. The store I was at priced there things way above thrifts, even higher than the consignments. Anyway here's the highlights.
Brioni
Caruso
Brioni
Jack Taylor
For muthafuckin' David Murdock. If it wasn't a single button cord blazer, I probably would have grabbed it.
Check out this ancient Brooks Brothers. I think it's from the 20's. I may go grab that, since it's still in bomb condition. Actually, I saw a lot of bespoke things from the 20's. I'm honestly surprised at the condition most of the stuff was. Old timers sure knew how to make some good, quality clothing.
And then, there was this bad boy. This I had to pick up.
Wait, what's that.
Oh hai. Wasn't kidding when I said I picked up a YSL.
Totally worth the 40 bucks.
Holy double crap!!! That is some luck you go there!

GODDAMN there have been some insane things found recently. Didn't have much time this past week to go out, but found a few cool items anyhow.
PRL tweed for myself. Found this in a hopelessly unorganized Marshalls, that usually loses tags on marked down items and then re-tags them with their original marked price, causing me to wait 6 months to a year for some items to finally be marked down to something reasonable. Well, this time it worked in my favor because they mistakenly marked this down to $40. ![]()

This was timely. Was literally just about to buy a Gloverall or similar off eBay, then I found this. I can find nothing about George Key on the interweb. Seems to be good quality: real horn buttons, real leather, made in England. Cool blackwatch lining.

(probably another worthless piece, but at these prices who can pass?)
