I remember thinking at the time how aesthetically pleasing all the ratios were, though. The jacket quarters, the shirt, the tie, the lapels.... Now they look so off. Someday, thats how today's ticket pocket/dual vent/flat front will look. *sigh*

I know this is an old quote, but somebody remind me - do we only pick up feather suede to flip or do we wear it? I saw a couple today but left them. I don't want to flip, only pick up for me (one was my size). Are there use and handling guidelines for these?

Stopped by another store.  Picked up 6 NWOT HF-Hickey Freeman Suits.  Loro Piana Super 130's, all different solids.  Custom made for some dude in '08 who never got around to wearing them.

Tell me that this dude would have worn a 40R if he couldn't afford MTM.

Of late, ever since his funeral really, he's shrunk just a bit. The suits are just too large for the guy now.
