Anybody ever hear of Silton California? Seems to be a 70's brand. Canvas coat with faux fur collar. I picked it up to wear when I have to clear the snow, work on the car in the winter (as if!) or toss on to do some other dirty outdoor cold weather job. I could be persuaded to part with it if someone feels an attachment.

40R. I'm wearing it over a lined cotton sport coat, here. No interior pockets but it does have the patch cargoes and the hand warmer upper pockets.

I left a navy DB Pendleton wool pea coat in good condition. Early sign of a moth attack but it was caught before any real damage. It fit like it was a 36.

Does anyone have the link to the Google Doc with all the Zegna Labels? I remember seeing it here. It listed which brands were top tier vs liscensed along with approximate ages of the labels. Saw a Ermenegildo Zegna Troffeo SC today. Couldn't remember if that was worth while or not. It ended up being an orphan so it didn't matter. Just curious.

I had a sweater by them which could roughly be described as Big Lebowski style. Was completely acrylic but had cool wood buttons so I couldn't pass it up. Definitely 1970s.

Awesome, awesome, awesome finds. I love both those sweaters. The only Cucinelli I've ever found is a Bob McDonnell/Ken Cuccinelli campaign polo. Needless to say, I didn't buy it.

I've been so to busy to thrift since the semester started. The only things I've picked up were a couple of Kuhlman shirts and vintage made in USA Woolrich down jacket. Normally I pass on old Woolrich but this one has a leather western yoke which I feel might make a good flip.

I just can't get a reading on the RGs,it's like my style/quality meter is off when it comes to them. The ones I'd consider wearing rebalways the ones that go for the least.

I have a few shirts languishing in the 30s (10 day auction ending Sunday) but an embroidered white one went BIN for $99.99 on the first. I just can't figure...

Your meter is finely attuned, the ugly shit just goes for more. I think the standard wisdom for RG is the more outlandish the better, if they have embroidery on the shirt then better yet. Ideally the embroidery will be something terrible, like flowers (got BIN of 120 in less than a day), or the depiction of CEV associated with an LSD trip.
