I'd trade with you, except that we're both 40r.

Just send me what you get bored with mwink[1].gif

Oh yea that just sucks.

yup. after posting a nice item or two, you'll get a feeling for who the "who is this guy guy i've never seen post in the thrift thread who is pm'ing me a lowball offer?" types are.

you know you're obsessed with thrifting when you lease a place to put all the stuff you thrift (btw, the weird decorating choices are because it's a former recording studio)

Shoe day for me; and my size (or close enough)!

Hanover, in great condition, looks to be shell. Can anyone confirm?

Also grabbed a pair of boots with some character. The leather is a little cracked but I'll work on them and use them as a beaters. These aren't Crockett and Jones are they?

Awesome space, Mainy. I hope you'll post a few more photos after you're all set up.

Wow - I'm impressed! Hopefully someday I'll be able to justify leasing a space or at least having a room/space dedicated to this instead of borrowing a spare bedroom at my brother's place.

Love the exposed brick walls - place looks like it has a lot of character. With good lighting those brick walls would make a cool background for a mannequin.

Only one find today. Stopped in a newly opened thrift. Scored these.

- Vintage British Walkers shell cordovan v-clean oxfords. Need a good polish. Full leather lined. One shoe has a sticker that says 9 1/2. They fit around there; 9 1/2 - 10. Available

I believe you. Man, I try to stay away from nice places for that exact reason. Champagne dreams and PBR budget are bad for the credit cards... I can only afford so much lifestyle envy biggrin.gif
