"OT: ya'll are young'uns. i've interviewed bb king, muddy waters, ernest tubb AND ella fitzgerald. and a lot more i can't remember. that's how old i am."

I've interviewed Donny Osmond. He nearly used the "f" word once, but caught himself.

It's too small for me, blast it all. I haven't measured it yet; maybe a 36-38. (I'll measure if someone is interested.)

No, no one in the small size 36 range would be interested nest.gif

I really like Peter Blair bow ties. They had a blow-out end of season sale last summer and I bought ten. Great patterns and so far no fraying, which has always been the Curse of the Bow Tie.

Can I get an authenticity check? The "Hecho en Francia" is throwing me off. MOP buttons and everything else looks correct. Available if authentic. Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

J.McLaughlin tie. Red with black skulls. Not available.

Very recent BB tie. I usually leave BB ties, but it's next to new and damn versatile. Not Available.

Very Nice, Frenchy!! Have a '76 LP custom too, my dad found at a yard sale for $100 a few years back and gave it to me for my birthday. Unfortunately no pics...I let him keep it at his place to play since I have 15 more guitars here.

Sweet teak Frenchy!

I've been seeing more and more teak lately, in shops and on kijiji.

I think it's people who bought it in the 60s and early 70s once the kids were almost grown ('cause they now had some dough) and now these people are either downsizing or going into homes.

It's crazy cause this stuff is sweet and I get a sense that their kids don't want it thinking like "why do I want that old stuff my parents had when I can buy new at Leather Warehouse"
