Sorry for the shitty pics. White balance on my camera is screwed up.  Anyway, I kinda remember an edict from field command about a month ago for everyone to post Pal Zileri purchases of suits and SC's.  Have to say I have passed on about 5 Pal Zileri suits and SC<s over the past 2 months.  They just didn't fit me. Heartbreaking.  But yesterday, I picked up this Pal Zileri  Sport Pea Jacket. Sort of a fall-winter half length light coat.

I have a lot of finds from awhile back that I haven't shared due to moving and all, but I found this today in my first Goodwill stop in ages. Pretty major rare grail find for me, and staying so hard in my closet it'll make your head spin!

I have not read anything since page 394 (in 100-post view) so I have no idea what the current topic of conversation is, but I trust this will be relevant. wink.gif

I am glad to see that you picked that one up....I saw it and thought it was a really nice piece. Did you see the Harris Tweed overcoat they also had or was that gone by now?

YES! you will love it, i shop there quite often

Yeah Netjets - owned by Warren Buffet - offers fractional ownership and rentals of private jets

When you hear rappers talking about "flying G5" this refers to a Gulfstream V - likely a NetJet

FYI

Pleasant little e-thrift purchase: http://www.ebay.com/itm/140785829626?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649#ht_500wt_959 (got my eBay bucks coupon today, so obv had to blow it immediately)

Okay thank you for the input - I'll pencil it in (the rare opportunity to thrift on a weekday might sidetrack me tho).

I found one once at a Will that routinely prices things waaaay up. But it had slipped the net. And was cheeeeap. But I wasn't a fan of the jet logo and needed the cash. Easy flip for a massive profit. Early taste of the candy. Wish I could find one without the jet.
Edit: I should add: that's an awesome tie and an awesome find. I founf mine before I knew exactly what LP was, but knew instantly it was awesome. I was really conflicted about parting with it but, in the end, the need for cashish won. Congrats, wgp.

I saw that there was some talk about this a while ago. I just sold a pair of shoes, and I looked up the address because I was curious. It's a mail forwarding service. If I ship it there and they sign for the shoes and forward the package, the buyer is pretty much SOL against claims at that point or am I actually opening myself up to more potential trouble?

You should be able to get around a grand for that Altman, nice find.but art is a really hard sell.
