Well sonofagun - the lip test worked.  Hell if I'm gonna lick them, but yeah - the one shirt I was 99% sure had MOP buttons, they were cold to the lip.  I'm not worried about germs (I'm Spiderman in real life).  I remembered something about rubbing pearls on your teeth to test them, but had no idea about MOP buttons.  Thank you sir!

Not mine, unfortunately. The navy flannel is a 43 L and is available. The trousers are close enough that I can have them tailored to fit. The rest is my friend's size and, minus the hangers, will go to him. Lucky bastard.

Also found a J Press sack suit, 44 S, and this Versace long-sleeved polo/sweater thing. The size tag says "4" but it seems to fit like a men's medium. Women's or men's?

Slumming it in a 2001... bought from a grey haired little old lady teacher (cliche huh?)... almost as bad as the low mileage (7,200 documented)... only ever driven on sunny days (never seen rain or snow)... always washed and waxed after use (it showed...)

15 months later with 33k on the clock I can confirm it goes ok in the snow and appears to be water tight... not bad for what I paid for it...

The 944 may not be everyone's favorite from the outside [we all wanted the 911 whale tail, admit it], but it has the best interior appointments of any (up 'til then) Porsche, and finest ride...entirely underrated and under-appreciated.  Nice to see you keeping a couple of fine examples on the macadam.

This HF Design is sick... Super fine and light fabric, unlined. Definitely good for summer. Never seen this tag before, must be MTM? Notice the name has been cut out. Around a 46R

Also found this Trussini from the Red Barn (same as the Samuelsohn). It's the best menswear store here in town, so I figured this was good too. Fully canvassed with gorgeous fabric. I hadn't heard of this label before, but it seems to do okay on eBay. Anyone heard of them? Anyone recognize this makers tag and know who made this? About a 44L

Found this gorgeous PRL made in Italy by Corneliani linen sportcoat. I figured it was too big for me because it's marked a 44R, but it fits perfectly, more like a 41R.

That one explains why this PRL 42R that I got from eBay on Handershund's tip didn't fit. It breaks my heart but it's just too slim and a bit too tight in the shoulders and chest too, so it's available. I guess the PRL made in Italy measure a size smaller than they're tagged?

Also, remember how I found those Ted Baker London SC's new with tag? Well, I found another one of the blue pinstripe cotton ones, also NWT, size 4... About a slim 40R or slim 41R. Someone had the aqua pick stitching removed from around the collar though, and it's loose at the end of one sleeve. Weird.

Speaking of nicer polos... I found this NWOT Hickey Freeman polo, size large, about 24" pit to pit. It might be a little loose on me so someone could pry it out of my hands... The fabric is amazing. Even better than the fabric on the 2 RLPL polos I've got. It feels more like silk knit than cotton and it's see-through thin. No MOP buttons, though.

i prefer the front engine porsches...(have a '93 968 not pictured, garage queen)... the handling is way more predictable, and they are easier to work on. but yeah, aesthetically, yeah the 911s of that era will always be better looking
