The official thrift/discount store bragging thread - Page 2580

I am certainly a newbie at all of this and jumped the gun early making the common YSL tie mistakes and such. I went back and read through this thread (well, most of it anyway) and you guys are awesome. I am thoroughly impressed with the wealth of knowledge on this forum and this thread in particular. Brands I have never even heard of and now cannot wait to run across.

I was convinced I was just not a thrifter. I probably went to 5-6 stores within a week's span (I had some time off from school, ABOUT TIME!) and found absolutely nothing. I decided to step out of the normal charities and try a different thrift store. Glad I did.

So...to the experts on here, what do you think about the ties, are they real?

LOL, we were in Billings visiting friends. Never saw so many cowboy boots in a thrift store. They must have 15 -20 thrifts in Billings, and I visited each several times during the week. Sent 3 Jumbo boxes home via USPS. The profits paid for the entire trip.
