Saw a perfect condition Loro Piana storm system for Nordstrom coat at Last Chance for 50 bucks today, but it was a 42L in black- they had the exact Jacket at the Rack for 199. I needed brown and am not a long by any stretch.

Also, for you Phoenix people, where are all the AEs at Last Chance? I have got a bunch of nice shoes there in the past and on this holiday got nothing. Heck, last time I got a pair of Ferragamos.

Picked up a vintage Coach (Made in Italy) lawyers case.
It is in minty condition with a nice patina. Leather is very thick and supple.
Now I know where the reputation came from, they did, at one time make good shit.

I've noticed that as well. I've picked up almost all my AE's there before, but there's been nothing the last couple of stops. I did get a pair of dirty bucks by Duck Head last month, but that's the best I've found. I'm not sure what's going on.

Is a lawyer's case unstructured? That's one of my dream items to find at a thrift shop.

Congrats!

That suit is wonderful! Picked up a nice hand made burnt orange paisley tie myself today from a tie maker on Regent Street, £2.99.

Ohhh and Ahhhh....
Today found a bunch of recent Oxxford Trousers. Only one pair fit, along with a pair of Belvest trousers.
The Belvest were a funky kind of royal blue.
The oxxfords are the most luscious fine nailhead flannel....$9.00

Yep, it only has the dowel that goes across the top with two brass connections that the handle connects to, and the strap connects to. Its sweet.

Nice! Are any a 34-36 waist that you'd like to trade?

Found two Lorenzini shirts, a J. Crew shirt from their "antique shirtings" collection, a NWT Thomas Pink tie and a Baekgaard messenger bag (up for trade) at the Goodwill today.

I picked up what I'm pretty sure is a fake Hermes tie. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but this tie is nothing like the other (real) Hermes I have. Either way, for $1 I figured it'd be useful to show here. What do you guys think? ***Note that the price is sewn into one of the tags.

^^ I was actually debating on holding onto it (it's quite different), but I may trade it for something nice? Carry on in the trading thread....
