My personal grails are vintage reggae shirts, Bob Marley and Jimmy Cliff. If anyone sees those please tell me. I had one from the Stooges and one from Alice Cooper that were so amazing.
Maybe they have an email address?

I need a wedding tie by the end of May. I can get a $15 tie from Tiebar or a bit more at JAB but I was hoping some of you tie hounds might have something better for a reasonable price.
Thanks.

Not so much ties, but I finally got around to taking pictures of these two NWOT (BB cut the labels and donated a bunch of stuff to a local charity) cummerbunds in black & white glenplaid and houndstooth...

Don't get me wrong.  The man can play the shit out of a guitar and has good taste in fashion.  But are we going to be saying that John Mayer has some sort of untouchable reverence in 30 years just because he can roughly do the same?  If you want transcendental guitar virtuosity, check out John Fahey, Robbie Basho, Sandy Bull, Jack Rose, and James Blackshaw.

Is this really news to you? Have you also heard that a lot of people don't like Sting since he left the Police?

The blue, black and brown curdoroy solids were $4.50 each at Off Saks. The rest were also cheap - brooks brothers and Off Saks.

They're definitely not perfect...A good amount of toe scuffing and some cracking along the sides, but they were relatively cheap, and I'd never seen this line before.  Has anyone seen these before?  It's pretty odd...There doesn't seem to be much about them online.

Wooooohooooooo! My second post... no pics, but managed to pick up a barely worn Canali suit and a nice Tommy Hilfiger black watch tartan sports coat, both of which fit like they were tailored for me... cant complain at that

So I'm definitely not saying I'm listening to some old illicit Eric Clapton on my Fisher Price record player right now, but -- if I *was* -- I sure would be thanking Nataku right now!
